Ethiopia is currently undergoing a rapid industrial transformation, characterized by the expansion of industrial parks and manufacturing hubs. However, the challenging environmental conditions, including high dust concentrations and varying humidity levels in regions like Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa, demand robust air management systems that can withstand particulate accumulation without compromising airflow.
In this context, the demand for high-durability materials has led to a shift toward honeycomb stainless steel. Local industries are moving away from simple mesh filters toward precision-engineered honeycomb structures that offer lower pressure drops and higher mechanical stability, essential for the heavy machinery used in Ethiopia's textile and leather sectors.
Despite the growth, there is a critical gap in specialized EMI shielding and flow stabilization.
